Mon - Fri £12.26

Sat - Sun £14.71

Sleep ins £9.77

**Shift Patterns:**
12 hour shifts 8:00am - 8:00pm and 8:00pm to 8:00am shifts available

We are a leading national provider, supporting adults and children in the community with medium to long term complex health care needs.

Our client is a young lady who has learning disabilities, nonverbal and Cerebral Palsy. She lives in the Forsbrook, Stoke-On-Trent area within the grounds of the family home. Your role is to meet her medical, personal care and day-to-day assistance needs.You will work alone and as part of a team, operating on shifts to provide 24/7 care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- All aspects of personal care
- Support with communication
- Mobility support (hoisted)
- Support with nutrition via peg
- Support with medication administration
- Accessing the community
- Support with personal hygiene

**Skills Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Driving licence and own car ideally
- Communication skills
- Accessing the community
- Help with personal care
- Have an encouraging nature to support this Individual emotionally & psychologically
- Commit to keeping thorough records
- Have a pure zest for life & a caring can-do attitude
