As a Support Worker, you will enable individuals to live fulfilling and independent lives with responsibilities that include assisting with daily living duties such as budgeting, shopping and supporting with medication and personal care as needed. Flexibility is required as you will work evenings and weekends according to service needs. You will help service users become as independent as possible, growing in confidence, competence, and personal effectiveness in areas such as social skills, daily living skills, and community resource utilization.

Car drivers are essential for this role. Basic ICT skills are also required. We welcome applicants with a wide range of experiences or no experience at all, as our comprehensive training and induction process will provide all successful applicants with the appropriate level of support.
