**We are currently advertising for 6 Month Fixed Term Contracts with the potential for them to go on longer.**

This role will be for Customer Service based in one of our telephony teams. Being comfortable with speaking on the phone and building rapport with our customers is required.

**We are currently offering a hybrid working model which is achievable after 6 months in the office - so this would mean spending some days at our Bournemouth office, and the rest of your week from home - the best of both worlds**

You may be dealing with customers who are making claims on existing policies, meaning that some people you speak to will be bereaved and in need of our compassion and care. Some of these calls may be a little difficult, but we’ll always support you and you’ll be providing care and support to people during challenging points in their lives - your contact with them could have a really positive impact during an otherwise difficult time.

- Have experience of providing outstanding customer service, whether that's in retail, hospitality, or perhaps healthcare

**There is plenty of room for progression in LV=, many of our Team Leaders and managers started out in Customer Service Rep roles**.

You’ll work 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday). No weekend work. Overtime is available where there is a business requirement.

We can offer a mix of office and home working once you are trained and up to speed with systems & processes.

Our starting salary is £21,255. Your salary will increase as you climb the ladder and you will help to manage your own progression by setting and achieving objectives. This will help you to receive salary increases and develop within your role. You will also be eligible for a performance-related annual bonus.
