**Job Overview**
DGB cleaning are seeking a **Hardworking, Adaptable, Proactive Cleaner/ Driver** to join our team in an exciting and varied role.

This person must have CSCS card as a minimum. SSSTS would be an advantage.

This role will include working alongside our management team and independently carrying out various tasks:

- Travelling to various sites across London - Company Van to be provided
- Cleaning: This may include include use of machines such as industrial carpet cleaners and floor scrubbers
- Window Cleaning manually and with use of a pole fed water system
- Delivering, collecting and managing materials across sites in and around London.
- Taking instructions and carrying out manual labour tasks such as clearing materials ready for cleaning team and assisting the cleaning team supervisors where required
- Ensure safety protocols are adhered to at all times to maintain a safe working environment.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or visitors on site

**Qualifications**
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
- A valid driving licence is preferred for transportation of materials and tools ; clean manual drivers license preferred. No more than 6 points
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality and safety.
- Capability to work as part of a team and independently when required.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
- CSCS green card essential
- Ability to partake in SSSTS training course if required

**Additional information about this job**:
Our company head office is based Watford, Hertfordshire.

Working will hours will range from 45-54 hours per week.

Usual working days are Monday - Friday. Start time 7am - 5pm (working hours may vary)

Weekends and overtime may be required

Uniform will be provided and must be worn during working hours.

Training will be provided.
