**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitised and free from dust.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling according to company guidelines.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations.
- Assist with additional tasks as required, including occasional ironing if applicable.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in domestic cleaning or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous driving experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Flexibility in working hours may be required based on operational needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Additional pay:

- Performance bonus
