Are you looking for a CAM Programming Engineer - CNC role working for a global leading engineering business specialising in a variety of different industries?

If so, my client is currently recruiting for an CAM Programming Engineer - CNC to join their site based in Bromborough, Merseyside.

They are seeking a driven individual to join the existing engineering team engaged in the manufacture of products for industries such as aerospace. The purpose of this role is to programme CNC machines to work effectively and precise to specific requirements.

The Ideal CAM Programming Engineer - CNC will have a blend of the following skills and experience:

- Create and maintain both 3 and 5-axis programs including the transition of existing programs to Catia CAM.
- Create manufacturing instructions, SOP's, techniques sheets and work instructions for the manufacture of composite components to associated specifications and best practices.
- Identify tooling requirements and manage the design, supply and commissioning of tooling and associated machining equipment.
- Raise and co-ordinate customer/supplier query notes (EQN, WQN, TLQ etc.).
- Good experience programming CNC machines.
- Experience programming in Catia CAM 5-axis software.(DESIREDBLE)
