**Job Summary**

We have an opening for an accompanied viewer to show prospective buyers around properties that we are marketing for sale.

This role is being offered on a zero hours contract and we are paying £10 per viewing conducted.

This could be a great opportunity for someone local to LS8 where our office is situated that is looking for more casual working patterns but is a great people person and skilled communicator. You will need your own vehicle as driving to viewings will be necessary.

**Responsibilities**
- Accompany clients during property viewings, providing insights and answering questions about the property.
- Ensure that all viewings are conducted in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain an organised schedule of appointments and manage time effectively to ensure all viewings are attended punctually.
- Collect feedback from clients post-viewing to assist in improving services.
- Liaise with estate agents and property owners to coordinate viewing times and access arrangements.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including maintaining records of viewings and client interactions.

**Skills**
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple appointments efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients effectively.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enabling effective communication with a diverse range of clients.
- Administrative skills to assist in maintaining records and managing schedules.
