Adhoc Accompanied Viewer

We are well established independent Estate Agents with offices covering Leeds.

Our team are recruiting for a ad hoc accompanied viewer to assist us during busy times and holiday cover. We are keen to manage expectations so unfortunately cannot commit to any set times/or days.
- Must live in Leeds or within a 15 mile radius.

The role would involve all the appropriate training on how to carry out viewings and deal with customers. Due to the nature of the role it would suit someone who is not reliant on the income/hours but would enjoy doing this sort of position when asked and is available the majority of the time although we do appreciate we cannot expect someone to be around just waiting for us and it would need to be a two way relationship.

The successful person would be considered a team member and welcome to all our company socials, of course if they wished to come There would also be the opportunity for hours in other areas of the business upon discussion but this cant be guaranteed at this stage as we don't wish to let anyone down.

A driving licence would be required but a company card would be provided for the viewings.

Hourly rate can be discussed.
