An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join our iconic business and be part of an exciting journey.
You will be reporting into the Operations Director to provide full Administration support, with excellent attention to detail and time management. To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a similar position. Previous complaint handling experience would be an advantage.
**Your duties will include**:
- Being first point of contact for complaints, through all channels, replying in a timely manner and in keeping with business standards.
- Managing diaries, booking and confirming meetings.
- Booking transport, train, and hotel tickets.
- General administration duties to support the Operations Director and wider team.
**In return you will receive**:

**Administrator skills and requirements**:
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Excellent time management skills
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Team player with a positive can-do attitude
- Previous administration and customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written are essential
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills
- Strong PC skills
Due to the nature of the business you may be required to visit stores from time to time.
