**Business Admin Job Description**
B3 Labs is offering an exciting opportunity to a passionate and hardworking individual interested in working in a fast-paced growing environment. **Position KPIs**
- Provide efficient general administration and support for all the business
- Ensure clear communication of required information and progress reporting
- Ensure the confidentiality of all the business and client documentation (GDPR Policies)
- Arranging team and community outreach events as and when required
- Sorting and sending mail, maintaining office stationery suppliers and organisation
- Ensuring archiving, filing, and other administrative duties are completed to a high standard
- Welcoming visitors and providing refreshments accordingly
- Creating meeting minutes and diary management
- Ad
- hoc duties relevant to your role
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls in a friendly and sensitive manner
- Deliveries and maintaining effective administrative systems
- Management of miscellaneous issues
**Position Requirements**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good IT knowledge (including Microsoft Packages)
- The ability to work using your own initiative as well as working within a strong team

- Confidence with minute taking and quick typing skills
- Polite telephone manner to deal with a mixture of sales calls and directing important calls to the relevant memebers of staff
