**The role**

We are looking for a
**Director of Sales** to join us on a fixed term basis as Maternity Cover, for a minimum of 10-12 months which can start immediately.
As
**Director of Sales**, you will have a proven track record in proactive sales in a hotel environment, with a passion and drive to take the business forward.

You will need to be an effective communicator with a warm and welcoming personality, have exceptional attention to detail, an immaculate presentation and a passion for exceeding guest expectations. We are looking for a strong individual to manage and support the team to achieve financial targets.

The role is focusing on new business and account management of existing accounts. Working closely with marketing and the hotel team to implement a social media strategy for hotel content.

Salary and bonus structure will be discussed at interview stage or prior.

The venue boasts eight fully-equipped, flexible event rooms, suitable for almost any conference, meeting or event need up to 250 attendees. Alongside our luxury HarSpa & Club, featuring a hydrotherapy pool, a plunge pool, a stone oven sauna, an aromatic crystal steam room, mud rasul, an extensive fitness centre and an outdoor pool.
