**Role Summary**
Optima Health are now the largest Occupational Health company in the UK, with over 1000 staff, our recruitment team is an essential part of our operation. This role has become available due to growth within the team, and we are looking for an experienced temporary recruiter to join us and assist with the recruitment of temporary staff across the business.
The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for the temporary recruitment within Optima Health, as well as assisting the Recruitment Team with general recruitment duties. Through administrative processing, proactive updates and query handling the role holder will ensure contractual KPI’s are hit, and a quality customer experience is delivered.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Liaising with Hiring Managers to identify temporary recruitment needs.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies to ensure temporary recruitment needs are filled in a timely manner.
- Preparation and posting of job advertisements onto company careers website and relevant online job boards and social media sites when required.
- Providing general administrative support to recruitment team
- Ability to work collaboratively within the HR team, as well as independently.
- Liaising with Hiring Managers to book interviews.
- Liaising with agencies regarding short term placements
- Raising purchase orders for short term agency staff in line with recruitment and finance policy
- Processing of short-term agency invoices in line with recruitment and finance policy
- Keeping track of contractors, issuing renewals and ensuring that IR35 legislation is adhered to.

- Promoting and delivering Optima Health’s Workplace Wellbeing Plan across all employees within the Resource Optimisation Structure
- Carry out other ad hoc tasks commensurate with level of responsibility as requested
**Experience, skills and knowledge required for the role**
- Knowledge and experience of temporary recruitment, whether in-house or agency.
- Ability to work quickly when temporary vacancies are raised to ensure they are filled in a timely manner.
- Ability to manage external agencies who supply temporary workers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability and confidence to work with senior internal and external customers
- Able to meet targets and deadlines.
- Able to work under pressure and against challenging timescales.
- Solutions focused.
- Good IT/PC skills including Microsoft packages.
