**The Position**
**Job Title**: Service Delivery Coordinator Apprentice
**Apprenticeship Course**: Level 4 Associate Project Manager
**Apprenticeship Duration**: 24 months +EPA
**Location**: Birmingham
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm
**Salary**: £18,000

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will support multiple departments alongside the Service Delivery Manager in ensuring a full scope of works is carried out in the most efficient way whilst working towards the companies KPI’s and best workflow practises
Working within the Service Delivery team, you will be responsible for assisting in the implementing and providing best Project Management strategies to support the business whilst ensuring projects are executed within best practice and governance. You will be supported by a trained Project Manager and a mentor within business.
Projects ranging from Network Connectivity, Unified Communications, Mobiles, IoT/M2M and Microsoft Modern Workplace and Azzure deployments.
The key responsibilities of a Service Delivery Coordinator include, but are not limited to:
- Implement and maintain a consistent project management methodology ensuring compliance with appropriate governance including all project documentation (Project plans, trackers, issues, risk register, resources, change and cost documentation and records)
- Accountable for defining, planning, and delivering projects and strategic initiatives to conclusion.
- Develop a strong, collaborative working relationship with key stakeholders and partners to enable successful relationship management.
- Manage and plan effective company resources ensuring projects are delivered within agreed timeline.
- Prepare and report on KPI and project timelines and progress on each project.
- Take ownership of the BAU orders as well as complex customer projects.
- Liaise directly with suppliers, partners and internal departments to ensure a robust communication strategy is adhered to.

The key skills and qualities of a Service Delivery Coordinator are:
- Prince 2 or similar in Project Management desirable but not essential.
- Working knowledge of Telecommunications Industry
- Ability to always represent the company in a professional manner.
- Manage and control provisioning lifecycles between internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail and process orientated.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in directly managing the project life-cycle end to end.
