**Role**:Content Producer / Team Lead

**Location**: Newbury, UK

**ROLE MISSION**

Working in partnership with our client, you'll be creating a wide range of creative multimedia projects aimed at informing and educating the UK's international audiences.

**ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING**

The role will involve working shoulder to shoulder in true partnership with the team to counteract misinformation and propaganda that are being spread around the world digitally. The role will be really varied, and your creative input and recommendations will be highly valued by the team.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE**

The Content Team Leader oversees all content initiatives within their team. Provides advice across channel use across multiple platforms and formats to drive engagement and enforce positive audience sentiment.

Responsible for setting quality control Production standards as well as partnering with the client's content execution processes to a high standard. The role will also require workflow and traffic management capabilities as well as interacting with internal editors and key client relationships.

Required to think like a publisher/journalist and work as operational delivery lead to the client, leading the development of content initiatives in all forms.
- Own the execution of projects, run rates and client satisfaction through catchups with job owners and the weekly account/project management WIP.
- Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content.
- Delivering the content strategy that supports and extends initiatives, both short
- and long-term, determining which methods work for the various objectives
- The development of a functional content calendar throughout the business
- Supervising the production team and be an arbiter of best practices in grammar, messaging, writing, and style
- Conducting on-going tests to gauge content effectiveness. Working with data and analytics teams and make recommendations based on those results
- Developing standards, systems and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval and content repurposing
- Establishing workflow for requesting, creating, editing, publishing, and retiring content.
