Wolf Healthcare are now excited to be able to announce our partnership working with a Children's Residential home that are based in the Stourbridge area. We are privileged to be assisting them with their recruitment drive for Support Workers. We are recruiting for Full and Part Time positions (Days and Nights)
**About the Care Provider**:
- Part of a bigger trust group who operate various Care facilities throughout the UK
- Set within nearly 60 acres of parkland with stunning and idyllic scenery
- Has a special school on site as well as a residential home, also has family accommodation within its grounds
- Supports young people with complex learning needs
- Has Health Care professionals on site
**About you**:
- You should have a great personality with a real desire to make a positive impact on young people’s lives
- The ability to react calmly to challenging situations
- You will be able to demonstrate excellent observational skills
- Hold the ability to problem solve
- A creative thinker
- Compassionate, caring, patient child centered approach
- As a minimum you will need to have NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People or equivalent
