As one of the largest providers of specialist education and behavioural health services for children in the UK. We are seeking full-time residential care workers to join our brilliant teams at our residential children’s home in Halesowen.

**What we can offer you as a Children's Residential Support Worker at Cambian Group**
- **£9.33-9.95 per hour**:

The children in our care range between the ages of 8-18 years of age and have a range of Specialist Mental Health needs.

You will be involved in all aspects of their everyday life, such as household duties, transporting the children to different provisions, paperwork and making positive differences in their lives. We all have the same purpose: To enable all people in our care to achieve their personal best.

**Duties**:

- Providing transport for the young people to access different provisions
- Making sure the young person in your care has taken their daily medication
- Helping the young people access education
- Household duties
- Paperwork
- Days out (social events, shopping, cinema, swimming)
- Contacts, visit, key work meeting and therapy sessions
- Offering guidance, support and structure to their everyday lives

**Requirements**:

- Must hold a Driving license
- Desirable to hold **-** NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People's Workforce
