We have an excellent role for an HR Administrator who really enjoys reporting and analysing data. This role is working with a large global client who are a market leader in their field. You will work in a dedicated HR department where you will be responsible for: Preparing monthly headcount reports Updating a range of employee trackers Database maintenance Deign and carry out surveys analyse survey data Create data dashboards, graphs and visualisations Provide sector/competitor benchmarking You must have strong administration and analytical skills combined with good working knowledge of Microsoft office (advanced excel and power Bi preferred). You will have ability to collect, analyse and organise significant amounts of information. You will alsohave excellent communication skills and will be a proactive thinker.
