Waste is a busy operational department that provides essential services to the residents of Coventry, Nuneaton & Bedworth and Commercial services. Admin teams covers our waste and regulatory services in all their administration needs.

What is the job role?
- Updating, creating and maintaining various Excel spreadsheets.
- Maintaining working relationships with internal staff, customers, and external stakeholder, contractors, local authorities and charities by providing updates and notifications
- Support the delivery of complaint responses
- Data entry for reporting purposes
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of operational team

Who are we looking for?
You will have good working knowledge microsoft packages along with the ability to multitask to daily service needs.

You need to be strong, self-assured and confident, as we work with a large workforce on a busy operational site.

You will need you to be flexible with other departments but keeping your own work as a priority.

You will need to be able to work from the main depot and from other locations, we support homeworking, but the need for onsite support is a priority and flexibility is required.

You will need to be comfortable working with large volumes of numerical data and inputting financial orders.

There will be an IT test for insight purposes only at the interview.
