Which is why we are looking for a new Business Leader within our Waste Water Operational Control Centre (OCC). You’ll be an integral part to providing a world class waste hub service that adds value, reduces risk, and supports successful customer and environmental outcomes.
This is an exciting opportunity where you’ll develop and grow the Waste Water OCC service offering in terms of capability and performance. You’ll also drive environmental excellence and continuous improvement opportunities by working collaboratively with stakeholders, operational teams and supply chain partners.

The key accountabilities of this role will include:
- Day to day responsibility for the OCC Waste Water hub including remote asset monitoring, reporting and support services for Waste Water
- Coaching, motivating and inspiring colleagues to build a team of highly effective, motivated and technically competent technicians and managers.
- Build effective and positive relationships with our internal customers and stakeholders, ensuring the latter are engaged and informed of progress.
- Embed and lead a strong culture of both performance management and service excellence in Waste. You’ll also be demanding of all parties and individuals to drive service offering, process adherence and compliance. As well as developing strong performance metrics and enhancing our reporting capability.
