Waste Recycling Supervisor

We have a vacancy for a Waste Recycling Supervisor who will supervise the daily waste & recycling provisions on a very high-profile site and be responsible for ensuring the high levels of waste re-cycling standards as expected and adherence to legislationrequirements. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday from 7am to 3.30pm You will need to hold a current/valid Forklift counterbalance licence and a full UK Driving Licence as you will be driving an OCS flatbed truck (3.5T) You'll have proven experience working with waste machinery such as a cardboard baler, waste compactor, tyre shear, and will ideally already be in a supervisory role or have the experience to be ready to take the next step This is a "hands on" role and you will be required to undertake waste duties, alongside supervisory duties **Main Duties**: Ensuring all external waste recycling points are serviced regularly and are tidy and litter free. Ensuring waste is correctly segregated and stored in a compliant manner. Liaising with internal booking department and OCS waste suppliers. Ensuring all legislative documentation is completed correctly. Completing regular waste compliance checks throughout the waste compound and site. Maintaining OCS and site equipment by liaising with rental suppliers. **To be successful in the role, you will need**: A full valid driving licence is essential as you will be driving an OCS flatbed truck (3.5T). Current/valid Forklift counterbalance licence.
