Aa a Barclays Client Account Master Data Management (CAMDM) Ops Service Partnership Analyst, your role is a key role in achieving best in class Service for our Service Recipients. Your team is central to Reference Data Operations and drives excellencethrough oversight, execution of key controls, providing 3rd line support, escalation management, stakeholder engagement and coordinating all internal and external audit requests.

**Hybrid Working**
We are currently operating in a hybrid working environment, meaning that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. Please discuss the detail of the working pattern optionsfor the role with the hiring manager.
**What will you be doing?**:

- Providing 3rd line support to our Service Providers and Service Recipients
- Performing key controls which ensures CAMDM/IPMDM are compliant
- Providing quality Assurance
- Executing internal and external Audit Management
- Confidently and assuredly handle non-standard issues as they arise
- Identifying reportable and non-reportable events and ensure tracked/managed via ORAC
**What we're looking for**:

- Experience in an operational environment
- Demonstrable experience in managing stakeholders in a cross-domain environment
- Understanding in partnering with service provider
**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Understanding of trading instruments, asset classes, pricing data and the market vendors in this space
- Knowledge of Client/Counterparty data and Settlement Instructions
- Demonstrating analytical skills
- Proven understanding of the trade lifecycle across all asset classes
