- Support Activities: Manage troubleshooting, maintenance, documentation, installation, and configuration of systems.
- Interface Management: Review new interfaces entering support and deploy new processes in the production environment.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently with a keen eye for detail.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on new technologies and best practices to enhance performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of technical challenges.
- Provide SME/technical leadership into the Major Incident Management process as required.
- Operate in a technical architect role for operational changes/project work, including design and implementation of new requirements as needed.

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, documentation, and configuration of systems while ensuring seamless production support and automated process management.
Day to day, the successful candidate will be responsible for management of a large suite of interfaces (i.e. automated processes), which comprise of mostly AFT and SSIS data delivery processes. This will involve routine daily health checks of the interfaces via our client's Control-M scheduler, and management of interface failures delivered through the ServiceNow ticketing system. The candidate will also be responsible for monitoring/responding to queries and ad-hoc requests via our shared mailbox and will also have the opportunity to support in the preparation of documentation and requests for new processes to be built
