**About the role**

Reporting into the Project Manager we are looking for support to ensure the smooth delivery of a wide range of highly technical projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with Technical Consultants and their project tasks
- Assist the Project Manager with project planning, scheduling, and documentation
- Raise projects in service now platform ensuring project budgets have been correctly set
- Produce project status report with an executive summary, planned tasks and identified risks
- Review completed projects ensuring time has been logged by the Consultants and work has been completed before sending project closure notifications
- Work with clients and managers to make sure projects run successfully
- Assist with the coordination of the day to day running of the Professional Services team
- Be an ambassador of Wavex, delivering an outstanding customer service

**Key skills**
- A logical, methodological approach with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage own time effectively
- Good understanding of technical tasks
- Customer service driven
- A team player but can also work independently
- Experienced in effective problem-solving with ability to resolve individually

**Desirable skills**
- Previous experience of working within MSP environment (advantageous)
- Knowledge of PRINCE2
