This is a fantastic Team Administrator position to support new and current customers and the sales team for one of Exeter’s most well-recognised businesses. Well
- established and still growing, this is a great opportunity for an Administrator to join thisgreat team who distribute their fabulous products globally. As Team Administrator you will play a key role in supporting the team to ensure the smooth running of the sales and order and process, as well as working closely with the sales team to support customeraccounts.

A work pattern of 30 or 37.5 hours a week can be considered.

Duties will include:

- Building strong working relationships with current and new clients, providing first class service
- Working closely with the Field Sales Team, providing them with accurate information in a timely manner
- Inputting and processing orders electronically
- Processing orders and credits.
- Analysis of customers’ orders, to ensure returns are kept to a minimum
- Reporting on progress of orders and providing information for the Manager’s weekly meetings
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure the whole sale process and display unit installations runs smoothly

Skills and experience:

- Computer literate, with a sound knowledge of the Microsoft Packages Excel,Word and Outlook.
- Excellent data entry skills
- Strong and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team and manage your own workload.
- Have a flexible approach to workload and time management, ensuring all work is completed and deadlines are met.

Hours: Full or Part time (min 30 hours a week) After probation period is complete a blended home/office work pattern can be considered.

Holiday: 20 days, increasing to 25 depending on length of service.
