The role:
The hours are 34.5 hours a week. A Working Pattern of Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm:
Monday - Thursday - 7 hours

Fridays - 6.5 hours:
9 am - 4:30PM (30-minute break)

OR

9am - 5PM (1 Hour break)

9 am - 4:00PM (30 -minute break)

OR

9am - 4:30PM (1 Hour break)

Main duties:

- Processing orders and liaising with the customer
- Raising call-offs.
- Creating stock sheets.
- Managing stock levels
- Working closely with other departments.
- Strong administrative skills with high attention for detail.
- Confident communicator at all levels.
- Ability to multi-task whilst working on various jobs.
- Able to work both on your own initiative and as part of the existing team.
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of Word and Excel essential.
- You must be able to work under pressure to meet required deadlines.
