Tructyre’s team of keyworkers have kept Britain’s fleets moving, helping make essential deliveries during the pandemic. As a result, we are looking for Customer Service Specialists to join our operation to help us service our customers vehicle’s and keepthem on the road.

**About the Systems Administrator role**:
Working from our Customer Experience Centre in Gateshead, our IT team empower our colleagues to support our customer’s. You will be our people’s go to when they experience hardware, software and network issues as well as ensuring our computing operationsrun with optimal performance and security.

**Your responsibilities as our Systems Administrator will include**:

- Diagnose and resolve a variety of IT related issues as and when they arise
- Monitor system performance to ensure smooth and secure performance, including replacement and upgrading of outdated or defective components
- Make recommendations to the business to support a continuous improvement approach to our networked system

**What we’re looking for in our Systems Administrator**:

- Experience of working within a similar IT Administration role and possess a Microsoft MCSE cert. or similar
- Possess an excellent ability to problem solve and effectively manage often conflicting priorities/workloads
- Our IT function supports our wider colleague network, so it is important that you have a patient and professional demeanour with some experience of providing IT support remotely
- Comfortable travelling as our technicians are truly mobile and operate across our customer’s sites and attend to rapid response work
