Alina Disability Support are specialist care providers of Supported Living Services to adults with learning disabilities, who live in the Bournemouth & Poole areas.
We have a vacancy for a **Disability Support Rota Administrator**
This role is working within an established team of 3 Coordinators and is an integral part to the continued provision of quality care that we provide for our service users.
Main Responsibilities:
- Matching the skills of our staff with the needs of our clients by allocating shifts appropriately
- Filling of unallocated shifts
- Dealing with last minutes absences and sickness
- Liaising with staff to ensure both staff and service user satisfaction
Person Specification
- some experience of co-ordinating staff to meet clients’ needs highly advantageous
- Self-Motivated.
- Flexible.
- Good Team player.
- Able to work under own initiative and prioritise workload.
- Good Communicator.
- Committed to quality care and services provision.
You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent IT skills, have a logical mind set in order to be able to fill rotas appropriately as well as good organisational skills.
In return we offer:
- 40-hour working week 8:30am - 5:00pm with 1 weekend in 4 and oncall responsibilities on a shared basis.
