Client Services Associate

**“What’s it all about?”**
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded individual to gain exposure to our Corporate Pensions business working within the Zurich International Corporate servicing team. Responsibilities include administration of Corporate Plans and their Employee policies, primarily processing inbound payments and dealing with a wide range of internal and external customer queries.
You will have contact with large multi-national organisations and will need to respond to their different requirements. This will involve understanding their corporate structure and identifying the correct Anti Money Laundering (AML) documentation.
**“What will I do and how?”**
- Set and achieve targets to maintain productivity, efficiency, and quality within defined service standards.
- Investigating and resolving queries to internal and external customers.
- Assisting with producing timely and accurate management information.
- Ability to prioritise to ensure key financial tasks are completed within agreed timeframes.
- Working with the Corporate Relationship Management Team to ensure excellent service is provided to key customers.
- Identify and take forward continuous improvement opportunities.
**“So, what makes me a good fit for the role?”**
- Good financial service industry experience in a similar role is preferred within a customer service environment.
- Experience of identifying and interpreting corporate structures and corporate AML requirements is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience or knowledge of employee benefits is beneficial.
- Be numerate, hardworking, and enthusiastic with an ability to take ownership and responsibility for customers and own actions.
- Highly organised with great attention to detail who seeks ways to improve processes.
- Hold a great technical mindset and enjoy problem solving.
