**What the day will look like**

As a Client Service Director you will:

- Lead the Aon relationship for a portfolio of captive insurance clients and assume responsibility for client service delivery and excellence;
- Identify client service requirements and manage the client service team to ensure service meets agreed standards;
- Deal with insurance renewals and underwrite new insurance covers as required;
- Ensure that your clients’ priorities, objectives and any other requirements have been met;
- Ensure best practice and innovation is shared across your clients;
- Support the development and implementation of Aon’s own strategic objectives;
- Actively seek out existing and new growth opportunities;
- Develop a detailed understanding of the Captive insurance industry; and
- Instil a culture of teamwork, effective communications, and professionalism.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Be a client focused professional with excellent communication and client leadership skills;
- Be from either the insurance, actuarial, accounting or compliance sectors;
- Be professionally qualified;
- Have proven experience of proactively leading client engagements and associated projects; and
- Possess a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
