**Job Summary**
Reporting to the divisional Administration Manager, the Admin Support position is a full time, hybrid role; with offices in Gloucestershire, Maidenhead and London, flexible working is available, with the expectation that you will split your time between home working, and an office location. Within this role you will primarily be responsible for supporting our Administration Manager with the daily tasks generated by our Engineering, Drilling and Projects teams. Primary tasks include admin management of our vehicle, machinery and asset fleet, ordering of items such as PPE and company clothing, booking of suitable hotels/accommodation for our field teams and coordination of our Quality Assurance record keeping.
- Previous experience in an administrative or similar function
- Experience in UK construction industry is beneficial, but not required
- General IT skills, such as Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated and enthusiastic team player
- Detail-orientated, reliable and consistent
- Excellent organisation skills and time management
**Location: Remote working, however must be flexible to travel to our offices in Maidenhead on an ad hoc basis.**
In your role as Administration Support at Rendesco, your key responsibilities will include:
- Fleet Management: Maintain and update the Company van and machinery databases, where such tasks will include but are not limited to; hire/off hire of vans, driver DVLA checks, driver van allocation, scheduling of MOT/Servicing and Repairs, fuel card management.
- Procurement Support: Division-wide procurement support such as PPE, company clothing, material ordering, and other ad-hoc procurement tasks.
- Hotel/Accommodation: Working alongside our scheduling team to locate and book suitable long
- and short-term accommodation for our teams.
- Internal & External Documentation: Preparation of key business deliverables, such as Quality Assurance, external reporting, warrantees, tender pre-qualification questionnaires, and other general administrative tasks.
- Asset Management: Upkeep of asset registers, including site-based fixed assets, office equipment, tools, vehicles, employee training and elements of inventory.
- Other ad-hoc admin activities, where required in support of the divisional Administration Manager.
