Front End Associate

We need a dedicated and trustworthy individual to be part of our Front of House team Your role includes:

- Complete opening and closing checklists
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work and service area including tables, shelves and walls
- Take food orders from guests; accurately enter orders in our point-of-sale system.
- Accept payment, via cash and card.
- Handle phone orders with professionalism and accurately collect information needed to complete an order.
- Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the workplace.
- Inform the manager-on-duty immediately of product shortages.
- Delivered exceptional, friendly and fast service to process high volume of food and drink orders at peak times.
- Upsold, cross-sold and recommended additional items to customers to increase restaurant sales.
- Provided warm, friendly welcome to visitors, maintaining an excellent first impression. Experience working in a fast paced environment is preferred but not essential.
