Our Beverley based client is looking for an administrator to join the team in their Customer Service department. The role will be responsible for ensuring that all administration tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner, achieving the company’s vision and objectives.

**KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
To ensure all customer services telephone calls are taken professionally and efficiently dealt with.
To ensure the accurate processing of Sales Orders for the Customer Services Team on a daily basis.
To ensure payments are received on time and any overdue payments are chased accordingly.
To ensure all Cash Sales are processed through the computer system and PDQ machine on a timely basis.
Download of Web Orders on a daily basis into the computer system. Check for accuracy against the Web/Computer system.
Assist with the inputting of manufacturers’ orders.
To scan/file all paperwork were necessary.
To ensure all Excel spreadsheets are completed on a daily basis.
To ensure all processing is completed in preparation for each Month End
Liaise with other departments efficiently.
Deliver excellent customer service at all times
To assist the Financial Controller with a variety of tasks from basic daily processing to more complex analysis, including spreadsheet work where accuracy is paramount and understanding of Excel formulas is a necessity
Upon request carry out any related tasks associated with the business of MPL.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
