We have exciting plans and to further support our ongoing expansion, we’re seeking a Data Control Executive to join our team.

Your New Role*
You will be joining us as our new Data Control Executive and be responsible for quality control of client and agent data entered CRM system.
You will be fully conversant with all data systems within the business and have a full understanding of the links and maintain integrity of data within all systems in part by completing daily data management reports.

Maintain the accuracy all travel agent and consortia records by updating ABTA, VAT, commission details etc.
- Responsible for new data set up to facilitate the quote/booking process for the Sales Team
- Continually review data, report on, and rectify any inconsistencies and inaccuracies
- Communicate to appropriate departments any relevant information received from suppliers directly
- Provide helpdesk support to internal users of various systems to resolve data issues

Previous experience working with databases / data systems
Previous experience working within an administration role
Numerate and analytical
Ability to process large volumes of data accurately and efficiently
Ability to analyse and interpret information and to convey it in the simplest terms

Ability to work well in a team
