Mon-Fri
- 8hours

(Shifts 8am - 4.30pm/8.30am-5pm/11.30am-7pm)

Saturdays (8:30am - 4.30pm)

**Your role and responsibilities**

**Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Assist with reception and client care to include answering the telephone, dealing with enquiries, booking procedures, taking payments and administrative tasks.
- Infection control
- Preparing and maintaining patient accommodation
- Assisting with patient handling and restraint.
- Monitoring, recording, and providing supportive care to patients, under the direction of the Veterinary Surgeon or Registered Veterinary Nurse.
- Assisting with diagnostic techniques to include preparation of equipment, processing and/or packaging for external laboratories.
- Maintenance of theatre to include preparation of the environment and equipment and
- cleaning, packaging, and sterilisation of sterile supplies.
- Assist with the management of the pharmacy to include unpacking of orders, stock rotation and environmental temperatures.
- Previous experience is advantageous but training and support for the role will be provided including an in-house training programme and mentorship.
