**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast and dinners
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Assist in the planning and development of new menu items, incorporating seasonal ingredients when possible.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management, reporting any shortages.
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure a smooth running of the business during busy periods
- Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety procedures.

**Experience**
- Previous experience as a Cook is required
- Strong knowledge of food preparation methods, and kitchen equipment.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- A passion for cooking and creating a welcoming place for our customers to enjoy their meals.
