**Paid Social Manager - Warrington - Up to £35,000**

Do you have a passion for the Beauty industry? Would you like the opportunity to take ownership of a rapidly growing brands Paid Social strategy? This role will join an established Digital team with clear progression paths and line-management opportunities,coupled with a **4-day working week** (With no condensed hours).

This role will work across all major social platforms, you’ll be involved in multiple projects and gain exposure to other acquisition channels at an exciting point of the business’ lifecycle. This role will also have the opportunity (if preferred) of hiringand developing an Executive in the coming months.

**Your day-to-day looks like**:

- Lead on the Paid Social strategy and day-to-day optimisation with the support of your line manager (Performance Marketing Manager)
- Copywriting for ads, briefing in creative and design teams
- Ensuring best practice across the Paid Social channel with key metrics in mind
- Review and report on campaign performance weekly using analytical tools, use the data to guide future decisions and optimisation
- Continuously reviewing Market trends and other advertising opportunities to drive brand awareness, e.g Netflix Ads, Twitch Ads
- Identify other commercial opportunities across performance marketing channels to drive revenue and traffic

**What your background may look like**:

- Previous Paid Social (or another Paid channel) experience is essential
- Comfortable in taking responsibility for the Paid Social channel, both strategy and day-to-day optimisation
- A data-driven mindset, confident in manipulating data to guide decision making
- Copywriting experience is highly desirable
- Passion for the Beauty (or similar) industry preferred
- Comfortable working autonomously but also as part of a wider team where needed
