**Job Title: Facilities Coordinator**

**Employment Type**:Permanent Contract

**Salary**: £26,000 - £27,000 (dependant on experience)

**Job Overview**: Caldecotte Group Services have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced & motivated Facilities Co-Ordinator.

You will have experience working within a customer centred environment, displaying team work - yet capable of lone working when needed. You will be self-motivated, have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be highly organised and enjoy a busy working environment with no day the same.

**Hours**:Office based Monday - Friday / 8:30am - 5:30pm

**Location**: Head Office in Milton Keynes (Stony Stratford)

**Duties include but are not limited to the following;**

**Main Role**:Facilities Management
You will be reliable and flexible and have a positive approach to work.

Full training on our system will be delivered, during induction. A Line Manager is assigned - giving additional support as and when needed.

Duties include but are not limited to the following;
- Organising the maintenance work to be carried out
- Ability to prioritise different repair/maintenance works (from replacing a loo seat to managing the installation of a new roof)
- Dealing with contractors, getting quotes for work that needs to be carried out and issuing purchase orders.

**. **Negotiating costs with contractors and looks for the win/win in every situation
- Maintaining records on our bespoke in-house database
- Typing, amending and updating various reports
- Fully proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Check and maintain Outlook client Inboxes
- Building a rapport with people, clients and contractors at all levels
- Attending to queries should they arise with a good sense of problem solving
- General admin support

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

Relocation loan expenses package available if required.
