No two days are the same and you’ll be central in supporting the global policies & standards, and our people both onsite and remote.

**What does this role involve?**

This role offers many opportunities to learn and develop both skills and knowledge relating to managing facilities services, building maintenance, ISO standards, Fleet Management and Data Privacy through your day-to-day activities and being involved in projects.

Overall, you’ll support initiatives to improve compliance performance across Environment, Health and Safety, ISO Standards, and in this role you’ll make a demonstrable difference to people's emotional well-being and physical welfare.

**Facilities** - coordination of meeting rooms, lunch provision, stationery, post services, deliveries, and visitor reception, and managing the spend

**Building and equipment maintenance** - liaison with contractors and landlord, ensuring collection of up-to-date data and documentation

**Environment Health & Safety (EH&S)** - provide health and safety support for the company, act as the lead fire/first aid officer, ensuring EH&S training requirements are met and supporting risk assessments

**Compliance**:

- assist with internal and external audits, and questionnaires, (including implementing, facilitating, or monitoring any necessary resulting corrective actions to ensure completion)

**ISO standards **- actively prepare for audits and support the maintenance of the documentation requirements to retain and improve our current achievements

**Company Fleet Vehicles** - assist with the administration

**Data Privacy - **you’ll be exposed to and gain experience through supporting the manager

**What will help you succeed in this role?**

The Compliance& Facilities Coordinator role is based at our Teletrac Navman office in Kents Hill, Milton Keynes, and you’ll be living within an achievable daily commuting distance of Milton Keynes.

**You’ll have full rights to work in the UK without the requirement of sponsorship now or in the future.**

**What we see as critical for you to succeed**:

- Demonstrable experience and general knowledge of Health & safety in the workplace
- Attention to detail, with problem-solving skills & project management ability
- The ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Effective at communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Sound computer skills to include, but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and have the ability to learn new software packages

**What would be highly desirable**:
NEBOSH, IOSH, EIMA or similar qualification

ISO experience or experience of management systems and other accreditations
