**Title**: Sales Advisor / Social Media Manager

**Based**: Stratford (Westfield Shopping Centre), London

**Hours**: 30 Hours Per Week, plus overtime available

**Salary**:£11 per hour, plus sales commission

This state-of-the art Huawei Experience Store offers a fast-paced, dynamic environment where our customers feel truly inspired by Huawei products. You’ll be working together as a great team to deliver memorable and immersive experiences for customers; asthey learn, shop and get support from you.

**What your role entails**:

- As a Sales Advisor / Social Media Influencer, you’re responsible for creating high quality experiences for customers both on the shop-floor & digitally using a variety of social media platforms.
- Engage in inquisitive and knowledgeable conversations with customers to discover their needs, ensuring they leave our flagship store happy and wanting to recommend tofriends.
- Introduce and match our Huawei products and services to our customer’s individual needs to create a great sale and experience.
- Help customers do what they love in new ways with our Huawei technology
- Working as part of a friendly and high-performing team, you will be set realistic and motivating personal and store KPI’s; creating the opportunity to earn some fantastic commission for yourself
- Be responsible for developing, guiding and monitoring the store’s presence across multiple social media platforms where you will be able to flex your skills, including strategy development, project management, customer service, networking and content creation.

**What skills and experience do you need?**
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role and be able to demonstrate super customer service & sales skills
- You will have amazing communication skills and be confident to strike up engaging conversations with a diverse mix of customers
- You’ll have experience with WeChat, Facebook & TikTok, staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies. With the ability to create captivating content for the store’s social media sites.
- Previous experience in a smart-home, mobile, tablet or laptop sales environment is a bonus for us, but not essential.

**About you**:

- You will enjoy people interaction and have a natural flair for delivering a great experience to customers
- Enjoy being in front of a camera as we take our next step into content creation and showcasing our in-store products and services via social media
- You’ll have a passion for learning about technology and Huawei products, always inquisitive to learn about the latest products and features
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends depending on shift patterns
