Overview:
We are seeking a Retail assistant with experience in luxury sales and an interest in social media. Based in our London flagship store situated behind Selfridges you must be passionate about social media and have a flair for creative content creation. You will also be helping with customer sales so must be interested in people and be confident and friendly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create engaging content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities to engage with the audience.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing goals.
- Analyze social media data and metrics to track the success of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Sales experience and genuine interest in helping customers find the perfect dress.

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Proven experience in luxury sales
- Strong understanding of public relations principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Pay: £11.00-£13.50 per hour
