Parts Administrator

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established commercial catering organisation based near Brighton on a permanent basis in an administrative role within their spare parts department.
**The purpose of the role is to prepare quotes for clients, process all subsequent orders and control stock. You will work as part of a small, friendly team and will be required to work from the office.**
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Speaking with engineers and administrative teams to ensure processes run smoothly
- Maintain good supplier relations
- Ordering parts with suppliers
- Tracking parts ordered/goods received
- Liaising with service team
- Producing van stock reports and ordering replacement parts
- Carrying out stock checks
- Controlling returns
**- Customer Services / Order Processing experience**
**- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to working**
**- Ability to work under pressure**
**- Good computer literacy including the ability to work with different online order processing systems**
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
