Receptionist and Administration Assistant

**We are well-established home improvement company based in Hove. We are looking for a reliable and versatile Reception and Administration Assistant for our showroom. Our family company is expanding and we need someone to work directly with the Managing Director to take care of the showroom to assist in administration and provide marketing support through Social Media.**
**You should be**:
- Presentable over the phone and in person.
- Computer literate and familiar with Social Media.
- Able to work well alone.
- Organised and able to fulfill sales mailshots.
- Assisting in the day to day running of the showroom.
- Liaising with new and existing clients by processing any requests.
- General administration such as filing, inquiries, and sales lists.
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned by the Managing Director.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience.
- Interact well with clients on the telephone or in person.
- Possess a collaborative work style that invites participation coupled with a can-do attitude.
- Possess a high degree of proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
**We are looking for a self-motivated and responsible person to run our showroom.** Customers will enquire about a range of services we provide and products we sell, and full training will be given. This person will be very approachable and friendly, and computer literate.
