GLOBALLS is bigger & better than ever and we have an exciting new opportunity for a HR Administrator
We are looking for a confident, HR Administrator who will be working with the rest of the team in the smooth administrative operation of the company.
Key duties would include
- Organising personnel files
Onboarding and inducting new employees into the company
Working alongside the Venue Manager, Sales & Marketing Manager, Bar Manager, Bar Events Co-ordinator on an Ad-hoc basis to assist developing/delivering the GLOBALLS experience.
Holding keys to the business and carrying out any opening and closing procedures, following all cashing up procedures and investigating discrepancies.
Knowledge of Health & Safety & Compliance matters
Not essential but preferable - Understanding Stock control, overhead control, yield targets and wage targets.
Weekends and evenings will be required as part of a normal working week.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
