**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a **Corporate Administrator** to join our corporate secretarial team as part of our financial services business in London.

The Group has been operating in London for over 20 years and its London office continues to be a strategic location, serving as an important European hub for its international client base. With a global footprint of 18 offices worldwide, the Group’s European offices include Dublin, Jersey, London, Luxembourg and the Netherlands with over 700 of its 2000+ team members based in the region.

As part of our corporate secretarial team you will be performing the below key duties:
**Key Duties**:
The Corporate Administrator is a varied and wide-ranging role. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

- Assist in onboarding new transactions
- Assist with the preparation and filing of incorporation documents for UK companies, LLPs and LPs, as well as assisting with filing other statutory requirements for UK entities
- Respond to KYC requests from counterparties
- Arrange and maintain company books and records
- Assist communication with clients, auditors, and government authorities
- Provide administrative support to teammates including data entry, filing, and other administration duties
- Handling of Process Agent deals from onboarding to billing
- Back up support between teammates on ad-hoc matters.

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder
- ability to work independently, and as part of the team
- pro-active and attentive to details
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational and planning skills, being methodical, with strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver on tight timescales
- Interest in Process Agent service (full training will be provided)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
