The post-holder will play a key role in supporting the Director and Deputy Director of Corporate Affairs by providing excellent, high quality and flexible administrative and business support to the department.

**Responsibilities**:
The Corporate Affairs administrator will work on a flexible and matrix working basis. This may mean that, although the main elements of the job are included within this job description, you are asked to cover other areas of the Team’s responsibilities. For example, supporting SWL corporate meetings, the corporate helpline, or our FOI, complaints, and PALs responsibilities.
The post is a hybrid working post, which will require you to be onsite at the office for 3 days each week.
- Providing support to the SWL switchboards and corporate in-boxes.
- Manage ICB incoming post ensuring that it reaches the correct department.
- Provide support to ad-hoc meetings as required.
- Provide assistance to Director and Deputy Director arranging meetings and diary invites as required.
- Manage a paper and/or electronic filing system for the department, including confidential files and staff files, and ensure that any filing that needs to be archived is labelled and archived accurately.
- Ensure in all dealings that a positive image of the SWL ICB is projected, and that account is always taken of the political sensitivity, and often very confidential nature, of the work involved.
- Ensuring that reception is made aware of any external visitors’ arrival and bringing up and taking down visitors from reception to the 2nd floor.
- Provide support for arranging maintenance requirements in SWL ICB offices at 120 The Broadway.
- Raise & receipt purchase requisitions and orders for the department as required.
- On boarding new starters within the Directorate.

NHS South West London Integrated Care Board (ICB), as part of South West London Integrated Care System (ICS), is a partnership of organisations that come together to plan and deliver joined up health and care services to improve the lives of people in our six boroughs: Croydon, Merton, Kingston, Richmond, Sutton and Wandsworth.
