Due to tremendous company growth, we are looking to recruit for experienced sales executives to join an award-winning health insurance provider as they look to expand their sales team. This role paying £23,000 basic with an additional £750-£1,500 per monthfor just hitting your target and is based within Stockport however offers hybrid working with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.

Working within one of the fastest-growing departments in the business you will have a structured progression plan which will outline how you get everything from pay rises to promotions. As well as that you will have an excellent benefits package which includeshealth care, top-class training and development, health and wellbeing incentives and much more.

**The Package for a Sales Executive**:

- £23,000 basic salary
- Earn £750 extra for hitting target and up to £1500 for going beyond

**Duties of a Sales Executive**:

- Purely inbound call which will either be pre-qualified or direct enquiries
- Conducting a fact find with the customer finding out exactly what they are looking for
- Using product knowledge to help sale the product to prospective customers
- Make sure you remain compliant as it is a regulated environment
- Supporting the customer to help them back the best role for them

**Experience needed for this Sales Executive role**:

- At least 12 months experience within a sales role
- Previously worked to target both activity and revenue-based
- Ideally worked within a Financial Services role
