We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Executive to join our Mercedes Benz Flagship Dealership in Stockport.

This is a full time role working 5 out 7 days with a salary of £19,697

**You will have**:

- Excellent customer service skills.
- Previous experience in a call centre.
- Experience of working towards targets
- Keen to work as part of a team but also to aim for individual targets
- Comfortable managing inbound and making outbound calls to customers
- Genuine desire to assist the business to achieve its objectives.

**You will be**:

- Responding to all customer contacts in a friendly and timely manner and record all information required.
- Building a relationship with the enquirer with a view to ensuring each is appointed wherever possible.
- Undertaking outbound prospecting activities when required on the various types of campaigns that are available.
- Meeting the customer’s requirements wherever possible and strengthening the brand with every contact.
- Personally accountable for the resolution of any customer issues.
- Accurately completing all post call administration e.g. Confirmation letter, directions, contact follow-up, etc.
- Carrying out customer contact to ensure their enquiry is progressing smoothly at site level and feedback any relevant points to the Sales Executives/Sales Managers
