**Are you looking for a busy administrative role where you will be making a real difference to people's lives?**

We have an opportunity for a **Lettings Coordinator** to join us on a 6 - 12 month fixed term basis.

We can be flexible with the location of this role, you will have the ability to work remotely or from one of our offices in Basingstoke, Bristol, Christchurch, Newbury or Poole. You must be able to travel to our Greenham Hub in Newbury for training and teammeetings.

The starting salary will be £21,500 - £26,000 depending on experience.

**The Role**

Our **Lettings Administrators **play a key role in supporting us to provide good quality affordable homes to those in need. You will support one of our lettings teams with their administrative tasks including advertising our new lettings opportunities,issuing and following up paperwork, data input and tenancy set up. This is a really busy role where you will be completing multiple tasks, navigating our in house systems and working to deadlines.

We are looking for:

- Attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload
- Experience of communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- The ability to work independently and use your own initiative
- Experience of using multiple IT systems and a basic knowledge of Excel

A knowledge of housing is desirable but not essential.
