Alliance Delivery Lead

This role is accountable for embedding a change management approach and managing projects which contribute to the delivery of the strategic aims of the North East Essex Health, Care and Wellbeing Alliance, leading to the best possible outcomes for NorthEast Essex residents.
The Alliance Delivery Lead will support the Alliance Live Well Domains to develop and maintain systems and processes that address the health and care needs of the population and wider determinants of health.
As an exemplary and experienced manager familiar with working in a complex project environment, the Alliance Delivery Lead will influence and work with senior stakeholders to ensure agreed project outputs are delivered to enable benefits to be realised.Working within the Change Management Office, this role is key in ensuring a robust project infrastructure is in place underpinned by governance and assurance processes on behalf of the partners in the Alliance.
This role will be predominantly based from home however this is regularly reviewed and there may be requirement on occasion to attend an ECC office or partner organisation's office. Part time hours of 3 days per week or more can also be considered.
**Responsibilities**
- Design, develop and deliver new models of integrated and collaborative working to achieve the Alliance Local Delivery Plan priorities.
- Develop individualised Strategic Delivery Plans for the Live Well Domains.
- Lead on project delivery for test and learn activity within the Live Well Domains.
- Draw on learnings from outside the North East Essex system to develop new models of partnership working and innovative practice.
- Support the development of the Change Management Office and linkages between the Alliance workstreams and key system enablers.
- Maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders to support programme delivery.
- Represent organisations from across the Alliance, securing improved and effective engagement of relevant partners and the public, and ensuring expertise and specialist knowledge contributes to the development of projects.
- Ensure contributions from across Alliance partners are included and demonstrated within the Live Well Domain delivery and reporting.
- Work closely with Neighbourhood Teams to translate Domain objectives and ambitions into local activity.
- Highlight project risks and issues and ways in which these can be mitigated and escalated as appropriate.
- Continually analyse programme and project performance, outcome and impact, using this intelligence to inform decision-making and share lessons learned.
- Monitor and manage budgets as required.
The role requires you to be mobile throughout a wider operational area including travelling around the county of Essex. A driving licence and car, or the ability to meet the mobility requirements of the role through other means, is essential.
