A position has recently become available for a Driver/Warehouse Operative to join our busy team At FPS. This is a dual role which requires the applicant to perform in either role when required in the Branch.

FPS is part of the Alliance Automotive Group. We have been in distribution and wholesale for over 80 years with a product portfolio that now spans the Automotive, Maintenance & Accessories and Retail sectors. Employing over 1,100 people, we operate acrossthe UK through a network of 23 sites, including a National Distribution Centre based in Sheffield.

**Responsibilities**:
**Driver**
- Pack and load products onto vans according to company’s specifications
- Deliver orders to customers on assigned routes
- Maintain ongoing communication with route dispatcher
- Unload goods as per client specifications
- Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs
- Obtain delivery confirmations from each customer

**Warehouse Operative**
- Picking customer orders, loading vans and making regular checks to ensure all orders are picked correctly
- Oversee the dispatch of orders and coordinate van deliveries
- Checking and putting away supplier deliveries, informing your line manager of any shortages or damaged stock
- Assist with a rolling stock taking program, ensuring all stock is located correctly at all times
- Assist with maintaining a clean and safe working environment

**Essential requirements;**
- Flexible
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Good timekeeping
